All our Products are designed and made by us. They may not be copied or reproduced.

All our prices are in Euro €. This is not a problem for you, if you want to buy in US$ or any other currency which is accepted by Paypal. The amount will be converted automatically by Paypal.

We are currently still a very small company. Two online shops - one in Euro and one in Dollar would be just to expensive at the moment. And Paypal gives you a fair exchange rate. If you prefer to buy on our Etsy shop, please go to Nauli on Etsy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

We ship worldwide with Deutsche Post via airmail - currently 1-2 days after we received payment. Shipping to bigger cities in U.S.A. normally needs 4-7 days. But this is never guaranteed, as it can happen, that a parcel is hold on customs for some days or one of the involved post services is not working properly. But lucky us, this case is happen really rarely so far. If you need any information about shipping to your country, please contact us in advance.

We do offer special prices for photographers for orders from 25 pcs or a minimum purchase of 250US$. Please contact us via email for our linesheet. A link to your website would be nice.

We love to make custom orders, for example our Nauli cd cases with your company logo. To know more about printing possibilities and prices we need to see an image of your logo. Please contact us via email for more. You don't have to send us the image of your logo for this first step. A link to your website would be enough. You are also welcome to ask for your private custom orders!

Warum sind die Preise in Euro?

Nauli ist bisher eine kleine Manufaktur. Zwei Onlineshops - einen in Euro und einen in US Dollar wären momentan einfach zu teuer.

Welche Art von Zahlungsmittel wird akzeptiert?

Wir akzeptieren Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover und Paypal Überweisungen. Vorkasse ist obligatorisch. Möchten Sie per Banküberweisung von einem deutschen Konto aus bezahlen, so teilen schreiben Sie uns bitte eine Nachricht.

Brauche ich einen PayPal Account um hier zu kaufen?

Nein, Du benötigst keinen Paypal Account für die Bezahlung! Du kannst auch per Kreditkarte und Banküberweisung (nur in einigen Ländern) bezahlen. Paypal tritt dann lediglich als Serviceleister für uns auf.

Wie versendet Nauli?

Wir versenden weltweit mit der Deutschen Post. In der Regel 1-2 Tage nach Zahlungseingang. In größere Städte die U.S.A. dauert es meist 4-7 Tage, bis Nauli's Ware beim Empfänger angekommen ist. In Deutschland kann es mit etwas Glück nur 1-2 Tage dauern. Leider können wir dafür keine Garantien geben. - Auch dann nicht, wenn wir auf Kundenwunsch per Express versenden.

Gerne fertigen wir auch Nauli CD/DVD Hüllen oder Fotoalben mit Deinem Logo an. Für eine Kalkulation und Einschätzung der Möglichkeiten benötigen wir ein Bild Deines Logos.
