Please understand, that this extra service costs extra. A name or saying carved from linocut, which we never could use again, is charged higher than something we could produce in series. A normal sized accordion book in different patterns is cheaper than a bigger one. Not only because of that one and a half inch added, but because it leaves us paper over, which can only be used for gift tags...
